ORDERING / ENQUIRING: You can E-mail or telephone for additional product images, information and condition details. Make sure that you have all measurements, additional photos, condition information and total price including carriage costs before placing your order via our secure online order form. Confirm your order, especially when sending payment via post or bank transfer. If confirmation is not given your item will effectively still be available for sale. Items are reserved for 7 days unless otherwise arranged. |

PAYMENT:
We accept the following credit/debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Access, Solo, Maestro and Delta. Payment can also be made by bank transfer, personal cheques (UK) and Cashiers cheques. All items are priced in (GBP) pounds sterling. Credit card payments accepted either online via our secure server, by telephone or via Fax. Payment by credit card can only be made with a valid name, address and telephone number. Allow 3 working days for all cheques to clear before items can be sent. |

SHIPPING: We offer nationwide & worldwide shipping and delivery. All orders are individually assessed by item and location. Please enquire for further details or quotes at info@fearsandkahn.co.uk Make sure to include your full shipping address or zip/postcode and name of the item. Your request can then be replied to more efficiently.

RETURNS: We must be informed within 3 days from delivery of your intention to return any item. Returned goods must be delivered in the same condition as they were sent. Items damaged in transit must be documented (i.e photographed) on delivery and e-mailed to info@fearsandkahn.co.uk within 48hrs. All the original shipment wrap and packaging must be kept by you in order to process a successful compensation claim. If you simply change your mind or decide that the item is not to your expectations, then we are pleased to offer a full refund excluding shipping costs. Return postal, shipping or courier charges are incurred at customers own cost. All shipping costs, including packing and insurance are non-refundable.
