Fears and Kahn have been trading in 20th century antiques, collectables and decorative items since 1998. We are primarily a website based in the UK that retails vintage furniture and collectable homewares via the internet. Many of our products for sale have been restored to, or in some cases preserved in, a good saleable condition. However, due the nature of vintage items all products are subject to signs of use and age related wear. We offer additional photos and condition reports by request for every item listed on our website, all of which are available via e-mail or telephone. We deliver nationwide and ship worldwide, please enquire at info@fearsandkahn.co.uk for a quote.

Currency All of our prices are in GBP pounds Sterling. International buyers please try www.xe.com for a current exchange rate. Prices do not include delivery unless otherwise specified. Please email us prior to purchasing for a delivery / shipping price.

Taxes All of our prices are inclusive of VAT. Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged upon arrival to the destination address. These charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

Product Many of our products available for sale have been restored to, or in some cases preserved in, a good saleable condition. However, due to the nature of antiques & vintage items all of our pieces are subject to signs of use and age related wear. Every effort is made to ensure that all product images appear as realistic as possible. However, due to the constraints and variations of digital reproduction we cannot guarantee an exact colour depiction. Every care is made to ensure that our descriptions and measurements are as accurate as possible, however some variations may occur.

Payment We accept most major credit cards via Stripe checkout including American Express, China UnionPay (CUP), Discover and Diners, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), Mastercard and Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also automatically enabled. Payment in pound sterling can also made via bank wire transfer. All items are priced in (GBP) pounds sterling.

Delivery We offer nationwide delivery and worldwide shipping with specialist furniture couriers. Please email us for a delivery price. Items damaged in transit must be documented (i.e photographed) on delivery and e-mailed to info@fearsandkahn.co.uk within 48 hours. All the original shipment wrap and packaging must be kept in order to process a successful compensation claim. Please enquire for further details. Returns We are pleased to offer a full refund on returned items excluding shipping costs. Return postal, shipping or courier charges are incurred at the purchasers own expense. All initial shipping costs, including packing and insurance are non-refundable. Please see our returns policy section for further information.

Privacy Fears and Kahn respects your privacy rights, therefore all of our clients records are private, confidential and secure. When submitting your e-mail or payment details, your information is stored safely within our secure client database and will not be passed on to any third parties. If at any point you would like your e-mail address to be removed from our mailing list database please send an email to us info@fearsandkahn.co.uk with the subject 'unsubscribe'.
